Features

eCommerce / Online Reservations

Vehicle reservations can be easily made on the spot with the eCommerce module that provides the option for reservation payment with credit or debit card or via direct / electronic deposit.

Card payments can be processed via the online global payment processor Stripe that is trusted by thousands of businesses across the world including Amazon, Google, Zoom, Slack and others; or integration with a local card payment processor can also be provided.

Security and Reliability

carCloud9 is hosted on high-end servers that are ultra-fast with encrypted and redundant connections (HTTP/2, HTTPS, SSL/TLS), in order to provide a reliable and high security service. This cloud infrastructure is designed to handle all types of traffic and volume. It has the flexibility to be scalable and grow according to demand.

carCloud9 users have different permission levels. Sales associates can see their assigned inventory and the quotes they generate, while the administrators are able to monitor all operations and handle the uploading and management of the complete inventory.

Inventory Catalog

In the inventory catalog, carCloud9 all cars are categorized by make and model. With powerful and easy to use search tools, the sales associate can rapidly locate the vehicle with all the features desired by the client, see its status, price, and all other configurations, from the color and interior to all its equipments.

carCloud9’s inventory only displays available cars for sale, and has controls that by which the administrators can view the quote history, mark it as reserved, sold or simply exclude it from the sales list.

Estimates

When the “Quote” button is pressed, the agent can fill the client’s information in just seconds and type a special price if necessary. After the information is completed, the quote can be printed, sent by email or just pass it on to the administrators if it needs to be authorized and approved before delivery.

carCloud9 offers the option to customize the estimate’s style to the dealer's parameters and specifications. Besides printed and emailed directly to the client, this quote can be converted to PDF and sent via WhatsApp and/or Facebook Messenger.

In case of achieving a sale, carCloud9 can also generate a Pro Forma document in order to register payment methods and the financing chosen by the soon-to-be new car owner.

Exportability

All created estimates can be searched and filtered and later exported to a MS Excel document, with all its content. This way, reports can be generated according to specific events or periods.

All generated lists can also be used by the marketing and sales departments to follow-up all sales 'leads'.

Configurabilty

carCloud9 can be adapted to the dealer's style and design. Our graphic design and programming team can also handle additional customization.

All users have the autonomy to customize their accounts which allows for differentiation and thus helps with the “filtering” when visualizing reports.

Administrators can easily upload the inventory by just dragging and dropping an Excel file. Furthermore, they can download and delete not only the whole inventory but also all quotes generated, in case of wanting to stick to sales cycles or seasons.

Digital Dashboard

The digital dashboard, inspired by the ease by which a car dashboard can provide relevant information to its driver, can display precise and actionable details in order to measure the sales agents performance and/or the acceptance of the offered car models.

All quotes analytics can be displayed in special charts by car model, every car reservation (or sale) and the ratio of both.

Mobility

The convenience of cloud software allows a high mobility to the sales personnel. With carCloud9 it is now possible to host multiple simultaneous events and achieve real time synchronization of the inventory across every location. Every action can be monitored remotely from the headquarters in big screens and in real time.

carCloud9 is a PWA (Progressive Web App) which allows it to adapt to every device screen, and also function as a native app in both Mac and Windows platforms.
